Zhenia, a Russian masseur, enters the lives of the affluent residents of a bland, walled off community, in this atmospheric and subtly subversive comedy. Despite their wealth, the residents emit an inner sadness, a longing. The mysterious newcomer’s hands heal, and his eyes seem to penetrate their souls.
