After this rare theatrical screening, join us for a tasty post-film chat with a representative of the San Francisco/Marin Food Bank, who will address the movie’s electrifying examination of hunger and food scarcity, overpopulation and ecological collapse. And in keeping with that theme, barrels will be available in the lobby to collect food for the food bank, which is currently serving twice the number of people it did before the pandemic. Most needed are canned tuna, chicken and salmon, low-sodium soups, chili and stews, nut butters, pasta and rice, and low-sugar cereals. Donations will also be gratefully accepted.
