“Deeply entertaining and profoundly moving, The Ghost of Peter Sellers offers a slice of forgotten movie history that, it turns out, is well worth remembering.”
Hammer To Nail

The Ghost of Peter Sellers is a feature length documentary directed by Peter Medak (The Ruling Class, Romeo is Bleeding) that tells the tale of his ill-fated 17th Century pirate comedy Ghost in the Noonday Sun, starring Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan. Shot in 1973 on Cyprus, the film suffered multiple setbacks and conflicts, largely due to Sellers’ notoriously erratic behavior, and was ultimately never released. Medak recounts the experience in this “eloquent contemplation of a well-intentioned misfire” – Film Inquiry. In English. Not Rated. Director: Peter Medak (UK 2018) 93 min
