Royal Shakespeare Company‘s Artistic Director Gregory Doran completes the epic saga of Henry IV, with Jasper Britton as the King, Alex Hassell as Prince Hal and Antony Sher as Sir John Falstaff. As his health is failing and a second rebellion threatens to surface, King Henry worries whether his son is a worthy heir, and Hal must choose between loyalty to his old friend Falstaff and his duty to King and country. The production in traditional dress will be recorded live in mid-June, when the running time is confirmed. Estimated length is 210 min.
