COVID-19 ADVISORY

UPDATED THURSDAY, MARCH 12 • 5:10 PM

The Rafael is open for business, however due to the recent advisement of state and local health officials, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily scale back our capacity for all films and will be limiting ticket sales and seating in each of our three auditoriums to ensure the seating does not exceed 50% of the auditorium capacity, or a maximum of 100 people. We are distributing available seats so as to maintain a reasonable distance between patrons and reduce the possibility of any transmissions. Cleaning and sanitation protocols will also continue.

We are continuing to evaluate the situation as it evolves on a daily basis, and will continue to follow the guidance of government agencies. We understand that circumstances will likely remain fluid in the coming weeks and will adapt accordingly. We shall endeavor to take whatever steps may become necessary to ensure the health and well-being of our patrons, staff, and community. We thank you for your support and forbearance during the novel coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.
